Up until yesterday, this was pretty much the only view we'd had of the Manchester peregrine nest:
Was she sitting on eggs, and if so how many?
Well, a little past lunchtime yesterday, our female went off to (we guess) get something to eat, and look what she left behind!
Yes - four eggs!
Fingers crossed we see four bundles of fluff in the not-too-distant future.
With Mull Eagle Watch now in full swing, you'll be pleased to hear that Skye and Frisa are well and truly settled on their nest, and so far everything is looking good for them.
Find out more on the Mull Eagles blog.
Exciting news just in - the female goshawk at Cwmcarn Forest is sitting on the nest and has two eggs.
This is a week earlier than last year, and egg-cellent timing for the start of the project this weekend!
