Brian, who oversees the Date with Nature programme from our HQ at The Lodge, went to see the starling Date with Nature at Ham Wall on Sunday with a pal. He had just one word to describe it: "wow!"
There were hundreds of people there to witness an amazing spectacle of around 100,000 starlings doing their stuff aided by a couple of well trained marsh harriers. The audience even got a pretty easy view of a bittern flying across in front of the viewing platform.
It was so good, he thought he'd share a photo with us. Amazing!
