The first osprey chick at Glaslyn has fledged! There's not much info flying around at the moment (excuse the pun!), but it fledged this afternoon at 1:25. We'll let you know when we know any more.

There was a rare visitor to the osprey nest at Glaslyn late last week. One of the 2008 chicks made a surprise visit, which is incredibly unusual as ospreys rarely return to the exact spot where they fledged from. Find out more by checking out the Glasylyn osprey blog .
