You may recall Dave took a well earned Sabbatical earlier this year.

Here is a link to the article he wrote. http://www.rspb.org.uk/community/ourwork/b/scotland/archive/2011/09/05/from-sea-to-shining-sea.aspx

  • Great link, thanks Debby. Do I presume that everyone has given up on this blog, both writers and readers? Sorry if so - I haven't time or inclination to twitter. Anyway, every good wish for the future to you, Dave and the project.

  • Hi Mex - no we have certainly not given up on the blog! this was just a link through to an article Dave wrote following his sabbatical.  I have been away using some leave and Dave has been up to his eyes with paperwork.  Also weather on Mull at the moment very wet so none of us had much of chance to get out and about around the Island.  The hide at Loch Frisa is still open for trips throughout the winter - so rest assured, we will be blogging!  cheers Debby

  • Oh great - thanks, Debby!

  • Mefinks I heard your contribution to Autumnwatch tonight [Nov 11], Debby.........

  • Well spotted Mex - shame it was the wrong answer tho!

  • Ha, I was being polite, Debby. It was a good offering and very nice to hear it!

  • Four weeks with no blog, please can we have one soon Debby. Like to know how our two lovebirds are and if there has been any sightings of Kellan recently or Heather.

I see it is Dave's 21st birthday, happy birthday for today. Jillian

  • Happy birthday Dave, best wishes for a lovely day and evening,Den and Ann.

  • Just saw the twitter about the buzzard near Ulva ferry, when I was up in the summer I saw many buzzards flying along that coastline, I asume it had been hit by a vehicle, very sad as they are so beautiful. Debby don't neglect us bloggers, time for a blog about what's going on ,on Mull Please. Keep warm if the first snows have hit you. Jillian
