I visited the New Forest at the weekend and saw my first Cuckoo, we heard it and then followed its song. Also, a male Redstart. Unfortunatley no pictures as camera is still broken:-(
How lovely, Maria - we used to have lots of cuckoos here, but haven't heard or seen one for a long time. If you do get some pics, we'd love to see them.
