If there is one bird that really brings a smile to everyone's face, it must be the Puffin.
I just thought it would be great if everyone posted their Puffin pictures here to cheer us all up.
Here is my offering I call "Whose Fault Was It Then ?"
Looking forward to seeing all of your pictures.
Such a beautiful photo. Sorry I have never seen a puffin let alone photo one but will enjoy seeing everyones contributions.
Nice idea, Robert and a great start.
A few from me.
"Was that you?"
Fantastic photos Robert and TJ and a brilliant idea for a thread. They are so photogenic and comical, and bring smiles to all our faces.
I was in Pembrokeshire last week intending to visit Skomer Island. This is my best photo
Sadly, my visit to Skomer didn't happen on this occasion, but hey there is always next year!
Lovely photos everybody..another plaster one Sparrow(we're going to have to check your photos)
I can't post what i've never seen lol
I can't match the earlier submissions but here's a couple of mine anyway.
Hey Linda, I love your puffin photo! Some gorgeous shots from everyone else too! Such a photogenic species! I like the captions Robert and Teejay!
Blimey Linda, if I met that one on the cliff top I think I'd run for my life. LOL
What a way to start the day. I have already got a big smile across my face seeing these great pictures.
Linda I think if they were all that big we may not be so keen to get close.
Keep they coming....
"And where did you come from ?"...
Wonderful photos!! Here are a few of my faves which I took on a trip to Lunga - Treshnish Isles, when visiting the Isle of Mull in 2010! It was my first time seeing puffins and was an incredible experience!
That smile just keeps getting bigger, more stunning pictures.
They do bring a smile to your face don't they. Brilliant set Marjus and your inquisitive one Robert.
Yes, wonderful birds. Great idea, Robert. I have a couple I'd like to add....
'Who ate all the fish?'
'Wot, no fish?'
'Retards - we all know one!'
Best wishes, Graham
Great pictures being posted here. I cant join in as although I took a trip to Bempton this summer the only puffins I saw were far to distant for a picture. TJ I think your third picture is a stonkingly good picture.
