Hi aiki, thanks for you report to complete our bit to the thread, the Chicory flower looks great but my favourite is the Little Grebe chick.

Nice to see you back online, aiki. Glad you had a good day out with the guys.
I'm pleased you found the Small Red-eyed Damselfy. I'd probably have walked passed it without knowing what it was.
Love the Little Grebelets; they really are stunners.

Great thread as ever from you all, with the most brilliant photos. Love the lizard, they just make it feel so exotic. Never understand how folk get such wonderful dragon+ damsel pics!! Very envious, the colours are so striking. The wee, wee grebe is just so cool in its contrasting feathers.
Always a delight to see what you have all been up too!!

What fantastic photos! I especially love the lizards and all the beautiful dragonflies and damsels. I tried to get some photos of the dragonflies I saw at Newport Wetlands but failed miserably, they were just too fast for me, lol. I've never been to Rainham before but it looks like a great place to visit. As for that baby Little Grebe, too adorable for words! :)
Hi Osprey
Glad you enjoyed the report, when it comes to the Dragons and Damsels I cannot speak for the other two but in my case its more luck than skill ;o)
Hi Ella
Thanks for your praise to us all it was a good day out for us all, Rainham is a great place to go and what makes it better its a level walk all around so ideal for a really nice slow pace.
