The teacher doesn't seem to have any control over his pupils. Shelduck Something put these up - no sign of Peregrine but there is definitely a Goshawk haunting Slimbridge currently. Cormorant at various times of the day. Birds around the feeders at the Willow Hide...

i am still waiting for my new camera so in the mean time i take pics with my compact so the quality isn`t always top notch but i still think these are decent enough to recognise what they are xxx

i was ready to turn off my camera when i noticed these just starting to argue over the Niger feeder so i managed a couple of pics, please remember these are taken with a compact camera so the quality isn`t top notch but still decent i think xxxx

Slimbridge again today - day was grey, very cold wind, and my local patch is still exceedingly muddy, so I chickened and went somewhere with lots of hides. First trip was to the Willow Hide to see if the Water Rail was still showing nicely. Water was still frozen and there was a good siplay of skaters...

Had an enjoyable day today at Nagshead and Highnam Woods in Gloucestershire, which made up for yesterday's total washout. Nagshead: Carrion Crow Pair of Blackcaps with a bumper bonus in the picture with the male - wish I had seen that colour at the toime I might have been able to find...
