Xalbai, Thank you very much for sharing even more lovely photographs of Mallachie.
Xalbai, Thank you so much we are so pleased that you had the opportunity to take such wonderful photos of Mallachie and then to share them with us.
I would also like to thank SUE C for starting up a thread of Mallachie's photos, I had not realised there were so many and it is lovely to have them all in one place!!
Xalbai. Wonderful of you to set up the dead tree! Thank you - and Mallachie would thank you too if she could.
Thank you Xalbai, your photos of Mallachie are very beautiful and make us really happy to know she is well.

http://www.faune-aquitaine.org/index.php?m_id=54&id=695670
Xalba thanks so much for the photos and the story of how you came to take them is amazing. These magnificent ospreys have made us all feel rather emotional but it was just wonderful to see beautiful Mallachie again. Your pictures really are of the highest quality and so glad you have joined with us to wish them all well.
Margobird
Absolutely brilliant! Your photos for a start....it's like someome is keeping an eye on her for us! It's amazing the luck and coincidence in you spotting her....I saw her at various stages at Loch Garten and thank you for your contribution! Isn't technology amazing! Not so long back we never knew what happened to birds like this....sorry, but things like this overawe me! Must be my age!!
Xalbai
These are great too! I've added them, and your note, to the other thread.
So, you put up a tree especially to take pictures of an Osprey? Well I think your efforts have been rewarded.
Have you seen the latest blog? Our VIP is now in the Parque Natural do Tejo Internacional, on the border between Spain and Portugal - that's really flying!
Xalbai,
I cannot stop crying since these photos emerged! Every new photo has made my heart sing. The thought that you set out to catch migrating osprey by positioning a dead tree is amazing, to think you bagged our little beauty Mallachie. Dozens of us "fans" sat up day and nght to watch her hatch, fight for meals, get fed Tesco Trout when the father went missing and finally fledge and leave on her own journey. Your passion has reaped huge rewards, and we are the very lucky benefactors.
Xalbai, I won't repeat what everyone else has said but thank you so much.
I agree with all the comments made and commend you on your idea of setting up the perch.
Thank you again
jsb I explain your problem to connect faune aquitaine to a menber of the website,he want your email to contact you...my email...domecdid@hotmail.com...
Xalbai, I can only repeat what others have said before me THANK YOU for sharing these fantastic photos. If you had not set up the tree we would all still be wondering. Hope you have many more successful hours watching for Ospreys and other wildlife and hope that you continue to share your success with us.
