Excellent, it is so rare to be close enough to get that kind of picture. And singing on top of that! Well done.
Thanks for the comments :-) I had seen the bird fly low across a ditch and disappear into a bramble bush feet in front of me. Then it suddenly perched on top of the bush, gave a burst of song and flew off!! I have lived in the broads all my life and never had that kind of view before - I went home very pleased!
