Pretty sure I have just seen egg 4 hatching.
Yep definetly 4th egg hatching.
Just saw the male bring in some prey. Not quick enough to capture them both together but the following vid shows her feeding FOUR chicks now.
TJ what lovely shots, they all look healthy to me.
All 4 chicks feeding ok and mum smiling for the camera!
Thanks for the updates and pictures everyone. I have seen the chicks since getting back, but haven't managed to get a screenshot yet.
This is an article from a few days before the hatch by the Chichester Observer's columnist Richard Williamson, which explains some of the reasons for the pair's success over the years, and this is a longer (more poetic) one from 2009.
All 4 chicks feeding well and growing!
Some bad news from Chichester - the RSPB tent was blown down last night, so the event is currently closed. They are hoping to get it sorted out for Tuesday, so if you're thinking of going, check the Facebook page.
Fortunately all seems to be well with the peregrines, though Mrs P. is keeping the chicks well covered except at mealtimes.
What a roller-coaster season for our birds!

Latest update - the Date with Nature is open again, in the grounds of the Cloisters Cafe, after some hard work sorting out the debris from Saturday night's storm damage.
The peregrines seemed to take advantage of yesterday's better weather to feed up the chicks; I caught four meals or mini-meals in progress, and there may have been more. It's damp again today, but have just found Mum serving breakfast to all four:
Thanks for the update Sue hope you all have a good day

I wasn't one of the valiant souls involved in the clearing up - I'm not back there till the weekend, just passing on the news from the Facebook page.
