havnt seen this little guy at the duck pond before i noticed he has a blue ring on his leg, does anyone no what breed he is? and would the ring suggest he belongs to someone? thanksx

Not sure on the breed bit the coloured ring will denote that he is from a collection.

Looks quite stocky. What about a grey and white Muscovy duck.
It looks to have at least some Muscovy in it, I would be inclined to suggest a Muscovy x domestic Mallard cross though (sometimes known as a 'Mule Duck').

I see what you mean RoyW, the beak isn't quite right for a true Muscovy. Nice looking bird though.

Looks like a domestic confit-type duck cross, possibly with some mallard, though the head and beak look more Muscovy than Gressingham.
