Found on nettles , is it a type of Ladybird ? Tiniest I have ever seen if it is.
To give an idea of the size. ( That is a normal matchstick. )
Wow that's tiny, certainly looks like some kind of ladybird what with the face area so to speak.
After a bit of Googling I think it may be the nymph of a Green Shield Bug. I do get lots of Shield bugs in the garden.

The fly (above) is on a stinging nettle. The pointy bits are the bits that sting you.
