Managed to get out again and these are a couple of my shots. I believe that the first picture is a Meadow Pipit and that the other two are Tree Pipit. I believe that the second and third picture show more of a dark eye stripe rather than just a ring. I am also sure that the bird in two and three mad a regular single "cheep" song, no double "cheeps" or runs of "cheeps". Unfortunately rear claw is not good enough in any picture to use as a feature, I don't think. Pic 1 is definitely not the same bird as oics 2 and 3 as they were in different areas.
Prob Meadow Pipit?
Prob Tree Pipit

I think you are probably correct with your ID's, Bob. The strong bill and the light streaking on the flanks in pics 2 & 3 are characteristic of Tree Pipit. Best wait for confirmation though.
Whatever they are they are cracking photos.

There were some magpies about churring away and the Pipit was payiong more attention to where they might be and allowed me to get really close. These are the uncropped images of first view and last view, though both at max zoom. However, I had no cover but just took it slowly. As I said I think the Magpies were more of a concern and they were in the opposite direction to me.
Cheers,
Bob
Agree with TJ pics 2 & 3 look more like Tree Pipit than Meadow.
