I have collected a couple of hundred seeds from my aquilegia (above) and I was wondering if anyone wanted some. FREE to a good garden. If you do please email me on <email address now deleted> with your name and address and put "purple aquilegia seeds" in the subject line.
I have some (not as many) of the white one (below) as well so if you want them the please put "white aquilegia seeds" in the subject line.
Of course if you would like some of both then please put "both aquilegia seeds" in the subject line.
Make the most of today because, unlike Sky+, there isn't a rewind button.
e-mail sent :-)

Hello there
Am now on - email sent :-)
I have literally just got both your emails so apologies for the delay. Louloudi, you will get the last of the white aquilegia seeds (not many) as well as the purple. MarJus, you'll get the purple seeds. I'll try and get them in the post tomorrow.
There's enough of the purple left for ONE person so the first person to email me will get them :)
Thanks to everyone for their interest. I'm sure the seeds will enjoy growing in much sunnier and much warmer gardens than mine!
Email sent!
Tigglet :-)
tigglet, if you're Judy then they're yours :)
Yes tigglet is Judy!!!!!
Ladies, I missed the last post today but they're ready to go tmorrow so you should have them on Thursday.
Judy, I'm afraid I only have purple ones for you as some of the white seed pods had burst before I got to them so I didn't have many white to share.
Thats the seeds ALL GONE now so please, NO MORE requests. Thank you :)
Thank you Paula! :-)
Thank you so much!
Judy
Hello Paula
Thank you for keeping me updated re dispatch.
Your seeds arrived today - many thanks for speedy delivery and I look forward to watching this lovely addition grow in my garden.
Louloudi, I'm glad they arrived ok. I did worry what the post office may think of my little wee envelopes that made a noise when shaken!
Hi Paula!
Received mine yesterday too! (Don't see my post 'til I get home from work...)
thanks ever so much for a speedy reponse! Shall look forward to many of these beauties in my garden soon! As said in e-mail, do let me know if there are any 'wants' on your list!
I don’t want to put a dampener on your seed sowing but if paula has both of these growing in her garden then the Aquilegia won’t come true from seed. Aquilegia will cross pollinate. On the bright side, you will have some surprises, you might even get a completely unique flower, that’s the fun of gardening.
Life is too short to waste.
Hi wildlife friendly
Thanks for info. I am really pleased.
I like anything unusual.
This dahlia has done something like this too!!
