Normally when I go out to feed the birds in the morning, it is still dark but this morning I overslept so when I eventually ventured outside I was able to see much more. As I opened the shed door, I got a wiff of a slight fragrance on the air. I knew it wasn't me so looked around and found to my delight my Mexican Orange Blossom was in full flower. This is the third time it has flowered this year!

It is surprising what is still in flower.Kaffir Lilies are still putting on a good show, and my Tutsan cultivar(Hypericum) still had a flower on it last time I looked and pansies aare still braving out the winter wetness.
If we make a world unfit for the birds to live in we will make a world unfit for ourselves.
Hebe, Winter flowering Jasmine , Pansies and some Geraniums still flowering here on Tracy Island.
FAB
only one of my hebe, nice though
Scabious, some of my lavender, a few summer bedding plants, but most of all all my beautiful penstamens.

More Welsh Poppies opened over the weekend. Most other summer flowering has gone over now but the bacopa is still going strong. The rain did for the pelargoniums - very brown and sad-looking flower heads now.
@Cirrus Your Camellia is taking its life into its hands - one hard frost and it will really wish it hadn't done that. Fingers crossed you escape bad weather.
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
