a woody hopping and flitting about in the garden
Brilliant sequence of photos, I love to watch woodies, they can be so comical
Very nice set of photos. They do like fluttering about. Not perhaps the most graceful of birds but I do enjoy watching their antics.
thanks Sarah and TJ
Ever noticed the iris they always look odd as if they have been smudged
very crisp shots Bransley Lad, may i ask what camera you are using please? that a nice high sheeter speed too, are you using a 2.8 lens? light today hasnt been good cracking photography mate, im rather green :))
Its the Fuji HS10 MANUAL ZOOM. 30x zoom
I am a point and shoot person so not very technical.
sunny days get the best results and these pictures were taken through glass from the coservatry.
It was set to take 7 shots in the second wich is very good for movement.
The woody is a slow mover so think this is why the pictures have turned out good
my other camera is PANASONIC LZ5 6X OPTICAL ZOOM and always get good pictures from this little camera and can crop and crop without losing any resolution.
