Definately an unusual sight so far this year, saw one young Blackbird this afternoon on my walk sat on top of a fence post sunning itself just like your last photo.

Galatas No sunshine in North Wales where I was today. Grey and showery most of the time :-(
I only said "a bit of sun". I didn't say all day! But what bit we got brought the birds out in force, especially the sparrows who were everywhere.
No sunshine today even though I got out. Forecast says rain all day tomorrow, but I'm sat looking at a surprisingly clear sky - perhaps its going to be sunny tonight while I'm asleep(-:).
