You're probably more familiar with seeing us poised in mid-air by the side of the motorway using our keen eyes to spot prey, but we kestrels have also found a home on your doorstep.
We're such resourceful animals that we can make our nests anywhere from remote cliffs to window ledges.
We've been nesting at Aston University for 30 years, and now we can also be spotted in Birmingham's city centre, bringing our shrill cries to the heart of the city.
This year, get closer to the wildlife on your doorstep and join our friends at the RSPB to find out how we have adapted to city life.
And if you're lucky our urban neighbours, the peregrine falcons, might just make an appearance, too! But make sure you keep your eyes peeled - they aren't called the speed merchants of the bird world for nothing!
When can you see us?
Look out for friendly staff and volunteers at various locations across Birmingham on selected Thursdays to Sundays, 10.30 am-4.30 pm.
How to find us
There will be viewpionts at several sites across the city, including local country parks, Birmingham Botanical Gardens, and the City centre.
To find out where we are, please contact us (details below).
