Don't tell me fishing is relaxing!
Try spotting a fish from 20 metres up in the air, then plunging into the water headfirst at 50 mph and catching the most slippery prey ever with your feet.
It's tough, but us ospreys have to make a living.
Pop along to the large hide at Pont Croesor to watch us doing our stuff. You'll also find three widescreen plasma monitors bringing you intimate views of family life direct from our nest.
And with all this set against the awesome backdrop of Snowdonia's mountains, what better place to spot me bringing home the catch of the day during summer?
In winter, when I've left for the sunnier climes of West Africa, there is still a host of other wildlife to see here. Like the 100+ whooper swans that often feed in neighbouring fields.
So wrap up warm and find out all about the changing seasons in Glaslyn.
When can you see us?
Friendly staff and volunteers will be at the viewpoint every day except Fridays. However staff will be onsite Good Friday. The site is open at 10am with the last entry at 4.30pm, it will stay open for those who have already entered by that time.
There are also a number of other events planned throughout the year. Check out the bottom of this page for more information.
What's at the site?
There are four tables at the site - perfect for a picnic! There's also a treasure hunt for children and family events, look out for dates at the bottom of this page.
How to find us
Come and watch us from the viewing site at Pont Croesor.
By public transport
There's a bus between Porthmadog and Beddgelert every 2 hours. It doesn't stop directly at the site, so a short walk is necessary. Call Traveline Cymru on 0871 200 2233 to find out more.
Or why not travel in style and take the steam train? A new halt has been built at Pont Croesor. Check out Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways for further information.
By car
Take the A487 north from Porthmadog. Turn right onto the A498 at Tremadog and turn right again after about 2.5 miles onto the B4410. The entrance is on the right at a bend in the road. Turn into the site, and continue over the railway to the car park. Follow the RSPB arrows.
