Meet me for a spot of lunch in the garden.
I'll be weaving between the trees looking for tasty treats to feed to my young family.
It's no surprise that us sparrowhawks have made our home in Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden, as this wonderful wooded oasis is so rich in wildlife.
Come along to the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to see us fly low and fast in pursuit of prey, and to watch the UK's first live-interpreted sparrowhawk nestcam and see family life unfold as our chicks feed, grow and fledge.
Entry to the garden and the event is free, but there are charges for visiting the glasshouses.
When can you see us?
Friendly staff and volunteers will be in the John Hope Gateway, at weekends and on selected weekdays, 1-4pm.
How to find us
The John Hope Gateway is in the middle of Arboretum Place, Edinburgh.
On street parking charges apply on weekdays but parking is free at weekends.
The Scottish Seabird Centre is roughly an hour's drive from the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
