We're just messing about on the river.

We house sparrows have been in decline across the UK over the last 25 years, but you won't know it when you visit Ironbridge.

Time has softened the famous industrial landscape of Ironbridge, and we have made the riverbanks our home.

Come and see us in action alongside soaring buzzards, flitting butterflies and dragonflies and families of long-tailed tits.

You'll also see common residents of the river, such as mallards and moorhens, and perhaps get a glimpse of more secretive otters and water voles.

Meet friendly staff and volunteers by the famous Iron Bridge. They will help you explore the wildlife in the woodlands and by the river through telescopes and binoculars.
