'Kitti-waaark' 'Kitti-waaark'

We kittiwakes are usually so quiet, but around breeding time you can't shut us up! Having spent most of winter at sea on our own, it's great to all meet up again.

You'll see us making numerous fishing trips for shrimp and fish to feed our growing, and very hungry, young.

You might even be around when our youngsters take their first flights into adulthood.

And we mustn't forget all the other birds that share our cliff home, from fulmars, and peregrines, to crows, herring gulls and cormorants, there's plenty going on.

Nesting at possibly the UK's most accessible kittiwake colony, get yourself down here to see us and our adorable chicks.

Interesting, amazing, super, excellent and fun.
