Enter a top competition for UK wildlife photography!
WildPix is the young person’s category in the British Wildlife Photography Awards.
There are two age categories: Under 12’s and 12-18 years of age.
Winners are invited to the British Wildlife Photography Awards (BWPA) award ceremony in London in September, and the winners will receive £300 for the under 12s and £500 for 12-18 years old. They will also be given the amazing opportunity to see their photographs published in the BWPA book, their pictures will be printed in Wild Times, BirdLife or Wingbeat, they will receive a certificate and be crowned “WildPix – Young British Wildlife Photographer”!
Once again we’re delighted to team up with the BWPA to present the Young People’s Award.
Send up to four of your best wildlife pictures and you could be the winner of this award, not to mention some fantastic prizes!
Go to www.bwpawards.org/wildpix to find out how to enter. You can enter up to four images of any UK wildlife but, please, no photos of domestic pets, animals in cages or farm animals.
The competition opens on 1 February 2015 and the closing date is Saturday 2 May 2015.
So go on, get outside with your cameras now! You never know what wild wonders you might capture.
To enter, upload your images directly to the BWPA website; please don’t send them to us.
