Important notice

Hide Closure: We are constructing a new heronry hide at Swell Wood between 19th September and 28th October. The existing hide will be closed during this time but the car park and all other woodland trails will remain open as normal. We hope that the new hide will be open at the beginning of November. We apologise for any inconvenience and we hope you continue to enjoy the wood and visit the new building once it's completed. If you are interested in helping out please contact us at
