Updating e mail addresses
This will help us contact members urgently - e.g. when the AGM had to be postponed due to the snow in December 2010 it was very useful to be able to send an e mail to many of our members, but several commented that they had not received an e mail, so we are seeking to keep the database current.
Be assured we will not be sending a stream of e mails!
