The group's aim is to support actively the work of the RSPB in the local community and to involve RSPB members and the wider public in the Society's conservation, public affairs, education, fundraising and other activities. We have regular monthly indoor meetings locally from September to April and have occasional day-trips to local nature reserves.
So, if you would like to have fun and meet like minded people contact us and help make a difference for birds and wildlife.
For more information about local group activities/events, please call Chris Sproul on 01227 450655. For all other enquiries, please call the RSPB South East Regional office on 01273 775333. (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm)
Talks are on the second Tuesday of the month from Sept to April. Meetings start at 8pm. Admission £2.50, including refreshments. NB. Hales drive is just off St Stephen's Road, and the hall is behind the Old Beverlie pub. On-road parking.
