Change at the top

At our AGM this year and after nine years in office, Mark Stokeld was pleased to stand down as group leader and hand over the leadership role to Terry Reeve. As a sign of our appreciation, Mark was presented with a copy of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year and with a framed, personalised cartoon drawn especially for the occasion by Steve Hunter. RSPB added its voice by way of a card and message of thanks. Mark remains on committee as treasurer and membership secretary, so we are pleased not to be losing his expertise and enthusiasm for all things natural.
