Group Leaders Report - Feb 09

Most of you probably took part in the RSPB's BIG GARDEN BIRDWATCH in January. We hold our own group Garden Bird Survey over the weekend of 7th-8th March. If you would like to take part just email us and we will pop a form in the post to you. The results will be published by July on this website.

Somerset Reserves - Wildlife Events Calendar 2009. This new publication gives details of many exciting events taking place on the RSPB's three Somerset reserves.

We are already halfway through our 08-09 season of excellent talks with audiences of 130 members and visitors on two occasions. Albatrosses, Owls, Yellowstone National Park and the Wildlife of the West Country have featured recently. We still have some excellent speakers to come and also our popular RSPB Film Show in May.
Don't forget............all our events are open to the general public.
