'Aristocrats of the Air'

Location: Salvation Army Community Church, behind the Dome off Bawtry Road

Keith Offord, who has visited us on several occasions will give an illustrated talk entitled 'Aristocrats of the Air'. Keith has a lifelong interest in the natural world, especially birds of prey and his Zoolology degree was based on the study of the hunting behaviour of birds of prey. His presentations are always humorous, full of anecdotes as well as scientific information. This is a talk not to be missed.

Coach trip to Bempton as advvertised on programme

Location: Bemption and Flamborough summer visit

Trip to Bempton RSPB Reserve, with opportunity for members to walk along the cliffs from Flamborough. The date in the programme has had to be changed to SATURDAY 10th JULY, from the advertised Sunday 11th. This trip is initially for members, should there be room on the coach, non-members may be able to join us.

A chance to see the nesting birds on the cliffs, especially Puffins, Guilimots, Razorbills and Gannets
