ANOTHER ACTIVE OCTOBER IN ENFIELD

We begin with Chris Ward telling us about the flora and fauna of Chile and then our last trip of the year to the RSPB Reserve at Titchwell Marsh one of the flag ship East Anglian reserves and there is a walk in the Waltham Abbey area.

A departure from previous years is that there is to be an Autumn Fayre at St. Andrews Church Hall in Enfield on 24th October. This replaces the usual Christmas Fayre, so come along, bring a pal and support this worthy cause.

Full details on all of the above activities can be found on our events page.

TITCHWELL SEATS AVAILABLE

Marje Hurn, who organises our outings told me at yesterday's monthly meeting that he bus to Titchwell Marsh on Sunday 18th October. So, with the nights drawing in, join us on our final outing of the year to visit this popular and famous Norfolk site, one of the flagship RSPB reserves. There are various pick up points around the Enfield area and the trip costs £15.

If you want to be part of it then Marje's contact details and the pick up points and times are on our events page which contains details of all our activities to the end of 2009. Remember the Autumn Fayre on Saturday 24th October.
