ENFIELD COACH TRIPS 2011.

In March we will visit Paxton Pits in Huntingdonshire.

In April we will be at Fingringhoe Wick in Essex

May sees our Group Birdwatching holiday at Llandrindod Wells in Mid-Wales and that annual spring highlight, the trip to Minsmere.

June will bring us into the Lea Valley for our 40th anniversay boat trip from Broxbourne

After the summer break we visit Rutland Water in September and to finish the year of ourings we will have a repeat of last year's October outing to Raynham Marshes.

ENFIELD AT 40 - FEBRUARY EVENTS.

Chris Ward will visit the group next Thursday 3rd February to give us a talk on NATURAL BORN KILLERS, birds of prey and owls from UK and around the world. NOTE: our Thursday evening meetings now start at 7.45

On Tuesday 22nd our second walk of the year is to Fishers Green. Details, along with all our other activities, are on the events section of this site.

CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF ENFIELD RSPB

We will have our usual mix of walks, talks, show events, coach outings and holidays. We will visit Minsmere and Rutland Water. Rye Meads and Trent Park, Rainham Marshes and Llandrindod Wells among others.

We are also holding two special events to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. A boat trip in June and a special Thursday evening event in October.

Our next event is our first walk of the year at Cedars Park Cheshunt on 31 January and our next Thursday evening meeting is on 3 February when Chris Ward comes to tell us about Natural Born Killers. These and all other events are listed on the events section with full details of times and any bookings etc.

Finally, my apologies for not getting the first event listed on time, this was due to technical problems way beyond my control. Nevertheless, thanks to David Curry from St Albans for an excellent talk on Urban Parklands and the Date with Nature event in St Albans Park
