RYE HARBOURM25, junction 5, A21 ( towards Hastings ). Take A268 at Flimwell traffic lights, through Hawkhurst to Rye. At Rye turn right on to A259 towards Hastings. Proceed round outskirts of Rye on A259. Turn left at windmill. After about ¼ mile turn left again at signpost to Rye Harbour. Turn right at T junction and park in car park by the Martello Tower. Varied seaside habitats at this excellent reserve for migrants & resident birds.
