Abberton EWT and Tollesbury Coach Trip
Location: Abberton reservoir (am) and Tollesbury (pm)
We will spend the morning on the Essex Wildlife Trust reserve at Abberton Reservoir before moving on to Tollesbury, on the Blackwater estuary, which has a deserved reputation for producing good raptors and waders and (weather permitting) beautiful sunsets!
Time: Letchworth 7.45am, Hitchin 8.00am, Stevenage 8.15am.
Price: £12.50 (£6.00 for juniors under 16, who must be accompanied by an adult)

Little Paxton and Woodwalton Fen visit
Location: Meet at Paxton Pits nature reserve car park (O/S153, TL 195 628)
On this own transport trip we will look for the wide variety of wintering water birds, songbirds and waders at Little Paxton nature reserve before moving on in the afternoon to the beautiful and peaceful Woodwalton Fen reserve, where we will look for bittern, owls and harriers.
