April News

Andy Warren will be visiting "The Settlement" for the first time on Friday April 4th to tell us about the life of one of our rarest breeding birds, the roseate tern, in a talk called (you guessed it!) "one good tern desrves another". All are welcome, visitors pay £2.00 admission.

On Sunday April 20th we visit one of the UK's best-known reserves, Cley NWT, at an exciting time of the year as summer visitors stream into the country (and many of them head straight to Cley!). We will be looking out for booming bitterns, bearded tits and marsh harriers, all of which breed at Cley. Further spice may be added to the day by the arrival of scarce passage migrants and waders and we will all be able to enjoy the facilities of Cley's wonderful new visitor centre!
