About us

The group's aim is to introduce new members to the RSPB. We also try to raise money for the society.

We hold monthly outdoor meetings throughout the year apart from July. Indoor meetings tend to be held on the third Friday of the month January to April & September to November. The group has two long weekends away during the year. We have evening outdoor visits in May, June, July and have just introduced three midweek visits per year. Two social events are held throughout the year as well.

Meeting times and costs

Indoor Meetings doors open at 7.30pm for 7.45pm start. Local Group Members £2.00 and Non Members £2.50. Membership fees £4 single, £8 family.
