Birdlink - a record-keeping system for birdwatchers

There now exists a new website system known as BIRDLINK. This system is designed for birdwatchers to record and produce reports and information on their sightings. The system then goes one step further and allows users to access summary information about sightings of species by all other members of the website. You can produce customised reports showing information about local and national sightings of birds and even filter the results to show only those species that you haven't actually seen. These reports are updated automatically as you and other members add new sighting information and are available online at anytime. It should be noted only species and location information is used in producing the summary reports, and therefore individual bird watching activities of members of the site are not disclosed to other members
