100 Years of British Birds

This talk was essentially about the centenary of the ornithological publication "British Birds", and what an interesting talk it was. In this glossy, electronic age it was an eye-opener to see pictures of the earliest magazine - very black and white with the simplest of line-drawings. Bob Scott then talked us through the development of BB, pointing out the changes as new editors took advantage of the available technology.
