Long Acres Garden Centre - Feed the Birds Day
We have a well established link with Long Acres Garden Centre, (situated on the A30 at Bagshot) with Pin Badges and this year it was agreed that we would hold our Feed the Birds Day there. We set of with our usual RSPB Recruitment and information table but in addition, Long Acres had kindly allowed us to have a Soft Toy Tombola. With team of helpers and car overflowing we set off for what turned into a most successful day. 57 Name Gathering Cards were collected, 4 new memberships were recruited and the Tombola raised £70.
Once again, thank you to the team who made all this possible. Thanks to Long Acres for inviting us and thank you to their shoppers for their generosity.
