Waitrose Street Collection, Staines
Our Street Collections at Waitrose in West Byfleet in the past have been very well supported and despite the World Cup Rugby with England playing in the afternoon we were not disappointed. Our team of helpers were busier in the morning as many shoppers rushed in and out to get home before the big match kicked off. £312.45 was raised, a good amount in view of the competition.
Due to the demand for street collections at Waitrose in West Byfleet, we booked our place for our street collection with in 2005 long before England even qualified for finals! We would like to say a big thank you to Waitrose customers who supported us on the day and helped us raise this amount.

Sainsbury's Street Collection
In David Shenton's own words "it was a quiet shopping day", however the crew who made it to Sainsbury's in Staines managed to collect £230.96 over the duration of the day. It was David's first street collection at being in charge and everything ran to plan. Many thanks to David and all the volunteers who turned out to help.
Also grateful thanks to all the Sainsbury customers who supported us on the day and helped us raise this amount.
