Extremadura 2007

The many highlights of a great group holiday include our two guides demonstrating how male Gt Bustards settle disputes, the 22 species of raptors, the Eagle Owl & chicks, the sheer volume of birds ( flocks of 100+ house sparrows were common),the huge nests of the many White Storks, the dog Otter seen swimming across the Tietar river and eating his catch on the opposite bank.
And, of course, the great company which made the holiday and I am looking forward to the trip report which Bill was volunteered for.
