Improving your birdwatching skills
Interacting with the audience he was able to demonstrate that maybe we don't know enough about the common birds around us! Using the chaffinch as an example, he pointed out the subtle differences in the colours on various areas of the plumage which did not spring to everyone's mind to begin with. He demonstrated the "jizz" of species in flight, and lots of other clues to help with identification.
