Thanks to everyone's fundraising efforts, we have been able to donate £1,000 towards the RSPB's Reedbed project. We are very pleased to announce that we have a new group secretary, Douglas Smallwood, who kindly volunteered for this post and takes up his position from October. More...

This week there was a dunlin at Rye Meads RSPB reserve, from the Tern hide, with twenty little grebes seen, and up to eight green sandpipers from the Ashby hide, well worth a visit. More...

It's Summer - Honest!

The July 100 Club winners were drawn at a committee event last night: 1st prize of £16 went to Frank Dobson and 2nd prize of £8 went to Fred Coppi. Congratulations to both our winners. More...
