July/August News
At Brookfield Farm Shopping Centre, Cheshunt, six members of the group had an information table and a collection that raised £136.33 for the Society. We were able to chat to the shoppers and hand out leaflets to promote the RSPB and our group. Hopefully we will gain a few new members as well.

August 11th at Waltham Abbey
This summer, the LVRPA is holding events to celebrate their 40th anniversary. On August 11th, the group will have a stall at the Parks Day event at the Showground, Highbridge Street,Waltham Abbey. (Close to the Hall Marsh scrape area, where Little Ringed Plovers bred this year)
Come along and meet us, admission is free to this event, opening times are from 11am to 5pm. See local press or our LVRPA website link for further details.
