Puffin with sandeels in beak

October News Round-up

Another interesting month for weather!

October started off very wet for Ted's walk at Kings Mead on the 5th, improved greatly for Mike's coach trip to Cley on 12th, was dry and bright for Terry's walk on 23rd, but proved rather wet for the Norfolk weekend 24th to 26th. The month ended with the group meeting on 28th. Despite a cold, wet evening, over 40 people turned up to be entertained by Edward Eastwood, some finding several inches of snow on their cars when they left.

We are very grateful to all our trip/walk leaders for their time and their expertise that they kindly share with us. Don't forget to check out the trip reports section for full details of all our events.
