Local morning walk in the Thundridge area

Todays walk was on a warm and sunny morning with an occasional light breeze. 13 people were on this walk, which was led by Derrick Ling.

A total of 33 bird species were seen by the group:

Buzzard, Kestrel, Pheasant (H), Lapwing, Stock Dove, Woodpigeon, Collared Dove, Cuckoo, Swift, Green Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Skylark, Swallow, House Martin, Pied Wagtail, Whitethroat, Robin (H), Blackbird, Mistle Thrush, Great Tit, Blue Tit, Wren (H), Yellowhammer, Chaffinch, Goldfinch (H), Linnet, House Sparrow, Starling, Jay, Magpie, Rook, Carrion Crow, Jackdaw

Other Wildlife:

Brimstone butterfly, Emperor Dragonfly, Banded Demoiselle
