The RSPCA (England and Wales), SSPCA (Scotland) and USPCA (Northern Ireland) are the national charities that help and advise on sick and injured birds and animals. The RSPB does not run bird hospitals or a rescue service.
Sutton Coldfield RSPB Flickr Group
With the apparent demise of Fotopic, a Flickr Group has been set up where images taken by Sutton Coldfield Group members can be posted, particularly if they relate to our Group activities or birds around Sutton Coldfield. Anyone can look - to post, you need to be a Flickr member (easy and no cost).

Sutton Park
Sutton Park is our local patch and is a wonderful local resource for birds and nature. The website gives details of some of the things happening in the Park - including some in which the Sutton Coldfield RSPB Group are involved.
West Midland Bird Club
The official recording group for the West Midlands counties and an invaluable source of local birding information.
RSPB Walsall Local Group
Many Walsall members also come to Sutton Coldfield and Sutton Coldfield members visit Walsall - it's just down the road!

We work closely with our friends from Birmingham, particularly on our Field Trips and their 'Out and About' - try their indoor meetings as well.
