Trips to Weirwood Reservoir & Old Lodge - May 09

Saturday's weather was cold and very windy. Forty two species were recorded. Four attendees enjoyed good views of the heronry and nesting common terns at the reservoir.
Wednesday was a drizzly and cloudy day of limited visibility. There were however ten attendees who recorded forty two species; highlights included crossbill, mandarin duck and a common sandpiper.
