Coffee Morning-5th. November 2011

This was our chance to buy Christmas cards and presents at the R.S.P.B. stand. To buy(and in some cases taste) cakes and biscuits; jams and chutneys: badges and books and, of course, to meet friends over a cup of coffee and a home made biscuit. Lamberts of Lancaster were there to sell the latest optical equipment and appeared to be doing a brisk trade. An ever-popular raffle ended the enjoyable morning. We made a grand £280 for R.S.P.B. funds, so many thanks to all those who helped out on the day and those who supported the coffee morning.
