Exhibition of Bird Pictures by Colin Jones
Colin, a local group RSPB Committee member and amateur painter has illustrated many interesting pictures of birds in a range of habitats and seasons. His paintings are regularly exhibited in the local area so come along to Kenfig National Nature Centre in October - you will not be disappointed. The exhibition is from Thursday October 1st to Saturday 31st October (2.00 to 4.30pm on weekdays and 10.00am to 4.30pm on weekends). Kenfig National Nature Reserve can be reached from Junction 37 of the M4 Motorway taking the A4229. At the first roundabout take 3rd exit and drive through North Cornelly (B4283). When out of the village turn left at the first crossroads. The car parks are on the right after about 1 1/4 miles. (If you reach the golf course, you have missed the turning).
